Principal's Message
Dear Bailey Families,
Welcome to an exciting new year at Bob Bailey Middle School. I look forward to working
with you in partnership to achieve our goals in developing proficient learners, increasing
student achievement, and building a safe, healthy school community.

We believe if all students work hard and are supported by their family, school, and
community they will be successful. In addition, we support all students at Bailey MS with
the academic and social-emotional supports necessary to be successful as we prepare
all learners for their college or career path. I encourage you to talk to your child each
day regarding their progress towards their goals and ways they have demonstrated the
character traits associated with our new Bailey’s Best 8 Essentials. These 8 essential
expectations are reinforced each day in every class and throughout the school.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to get involved in your child’s education
in a deep and meaningful way. Bob Bailey Middle School has many opportunities for
parents to be involved in their child’s education. Along with volunteering in your child’s
classroom, parents are needed to serve on various committees: i.e. School
Organization Team (SOT). For information on becoming involved in our school, please
contact the school office.

In addition, I encourage you to attend the many school events including; Math Night,
Literacy Night, Musical performances, sporting events, Awards Recognition Night, and
more. More information about these great opportunities will be available on our website,

If I can help make this school year better for you and your child in any way, please
contact our school office at 702-799-4811.
Best Regards,
Dr. Darryl Wyatt
